We are registered in England and Wales under company registration number 06344120 and and our registered office is at 21 Upper Brook Street, London W1K 7PY. This privacy policy (the "Policy" sets out how we will use any personal data which you provide through our site. Please read carefully before you proceed.

Information we may collect from you

We may collect, receive, store and process personal data about you in accordance with this Policy.

When you fill in forms on our site (such as subscribing to our service, signing up to our newsletters, applying for jobs via the site, posting material, requesting further services or reporting a problem with the site) you may provide us with some personal data including for example, name, home and/or business address, email address, telephone number, demographic information (e.g. age) and/or other information that may identify you as an individual and which may be necessary for the purposes identified in this Policy.

In addition, when you visit our site, our web server collects some basic information including, but not limited to, your internet service provider's domain name, location data, which pages you accessed on our site, and when. We use this information only to analyse the use of our website to help us improve the site and our services.

Transfers of data outside the EEA

The personal data you provide to us will be transferred to and stored securely on our servers in the UK and we take steps to protect your personal data from unauthorised access and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage. 

In processing your personal data, it may be necessary for us to transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"), for example, to our headquarters in Mexico. It may also be accessed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Security

Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

We recommend that you change your password every three months. If you are using a public computer (e.g. at a library), or a shared computer, we urge you to log out of your account and our Site altogether, and quit the browser application before you leave the computer. If a notification is appropriate, we would endeavour to do so as promptly as possible under the circumstances using appropriate lawful methods, and, to the extent we have your e-mail address, we may notify you by e-mail. Use made of your personal data

We use information held about you only in accordance with our legitimate interests; namely to carry out and improve our business, analyse the use of our site and to support our customers/users to ensure that content from our site is presented in the most effective manner for you. 

Some information is collected and processed to allow us to carry out obligations under any contracts entered between you and us. For example, some personal data is used to allow you to participate in interactive features of our service, when you choose to do so. 

Your personal data (including any relevant correspondence between us)  may be retained, processed and used (by us and our service providers) for as long as necessary in accordance with applicable regulations and/or our internal policies, and in locations that we consider appropriate for the purposes identified in this Privacy Policy and at all times in accordance with Data Protection Laws.

Service providers and how we share your information

In addition, we may disclose your personal data to any member of the Fresnillo group, which includes our parent company and its subsidiaries, for internal record keeping, internal marketing or any of the other purposes identified in this Policy.

If our business enters into a joint venture with, purchases or is sold to or merges with another business entity, your personal data may be disclosed or transferred to the purchaser, our new business partners or owners or their advisors.

We may also be under a duty to disclose or share your personal data to third parties in order to comply with any legal obligation or court order, enforce our Terms and Conditions and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property or safety of Fresnillo plc, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Your privacy is important to us. We may disclose your personal information to any member of the Fresnillo group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries for the purposes identified in this Privacy and Cookie Policy.

We may also use your personal information to maintain our internal record keeping and/or share it with our affiliates for internal purposes as long as there is a legitimate business purpose to do so.

We may also disclose personal information in order to comply with a duty to disclose the same, or in order to enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Fresnillo plc, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection.

We may disclose user information to government authorities, and to other third parties when compelled to do so by government and law enforcement authorities or otherwise as required or permitted by law, including but not limited to in response to court orders and subpoenas. We also may disclose user information when we have reason to believe that someone is causing injury to or interference with our rights or property, other users of our Site, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. Additionally, we would cooperate with law enforcement inquiries and other third parties to enforce laws, intellectual property rights and other rights.

Access to information

Subject to your local laws, you may have the right to access all the personal data we hold about you (which may include a right to correct any inaccuracies or request deletion or object to the processing of your information, where there is no legal ground for us to do so). Any changes we may make to our Privacy Policy in the future will be posted on this page and will be effective upon posting.
