    The sustainability strategy of Fresnillo plc has as its foundation
    on the system of health, safety, environment and relations with
    the community. 

    We have long integrated sustainable development practices
    into our operations and monitored our performance across a
    number of variables. Exploration is a cornerstone of our
    growth strategy.


The Group's sustainable development strategy and practices are monitored at the Board level through Health, Safety, Environment and Community Relations (HSECR) Committee which is chaired by a Non-executive Director and includes an independent Non-executive Director and the Group's Chief Executive.
