Development: Dynamic Leaching Plant at Herradura

The construction of the Dynamic Leaching Plant at Herradura remains on track to become operational in 2013. This US$106.8 million project is expected to process high grade ore from the Herradura and Soledad-Dipolos pits, which will increase gold production by an average of 51,000 ounces per year over the 2013-2020 period. Due to the possible expansion of the Centauro Pit, the site for the new leaching plant will be relocated without significant delays and additional costs.
