You should write to Computershare, the Company's Registrar, explaining that you have mislaid your share certificate. Computershare will send you a letter of indemnity to sign and return. The letter of indemnity will normally need to be guaranteed by your bank. It is likely that your bank will make a charge for this indemnity. Once you return the letter of indemnity Computershare will issue a replacement share certificate.

Computershare also offers a countersignature waiver service on Letters of Indemnity with a value of more than £100 and less than £50,000. For an additional fee, Computershare will accept the completed LOI without a countersignature and will assume the liability of the lost certificate.

Existing UK shareholders may trade Fresnillo plc shares using the Computershare internet or telephone share dealing service.

The Computershare Investor Centre at: www.investorcentre.co.uk offers you the freedom to view your holdings maintained by Computershare online through a portfolio. This service allows you to view your holding details for companies registered with Computershare, view the market value of your portfolio and update your contact address and personal details.

If you need to make any alterations to your address or you are planning to move, you can let Computershare know by logging on to the internet at www.investorcentre.co.uk and downloading a form or by registering with Investor Centre.

Please notify Computershare as soon as possible and they will advise what needs to be done.

You can transfer your shares by logging onto the internet at www.investorcentre.co.uk and downloading a form. Once you have completed the form you should send it to Computershare together with your share certificates.

If you are receiving multiple shareholder communications Computershare is probably holding two (or more) accounts for you on the share register. If you would like these accounts combined you should write to Computershare enclosing your share certificates and asking them to merge your accounts.

If you receive your dividends in pound sterling you may have your payments made directly to your Bank or Building Society account. Using this option will prevent any postal delay, risk of loss, or having to visit your Bank or Building Society. You can do this by logging on to the internet at the following address: www.investorcentre.co.uk or by using the form provided on the back of your tax voucher received with your dividend.

Fresnillo dividends are declared in US Dollars and paid in pounds sterling. Shareholders are however able to elect to be paid in US Dollars by notifying the Computershare using the Currency Election Form provided below. Computershare must receive any such instruction by the record date of the dividend for it to be valid for that dividend. An election received after the record date will be applied to subsequent dividends only. If you wish to elect to receive your dividends in US Dollars please complete the Currency Election Form [link] by inserting your name, address and SRN Number, ticking the box for US Dollars and signing as instructed on the form. Please then send the form to Computershare at the address shown on the form. Alternatively if you wish to receive a personalised form with your name and address already completed please contact the Registrar at: www.computershare.com.
