Currency Election Form

Fresnillo dividends are declared in US Dollars and paid in pounds sterling. Shareholders are however able to elect to be paid in US Dollars by notifying the Company’s Registrar, Computershare Investor Services PLC (the ‘Registrar’) using the Currency Election Form provided below.  The Registrar must receive any such instruction by the record date of the dividend for it to be valid for that dividend. An election received after the record date will be applied to subsequent dividends only.If you wish to elect to receive your dividends in US Dollars please complete the Currency Election Form below by inserting your name, address and SRN Number, ticking the box for US Dollars and signing as instructed on the form. Please then send the form to the Registrar at the address shown on the form.  Alternatively if you wish to receive a personalised form with your name and address already completed please contact the Registrar at: www.computershare.com 

Dividend mandate

All shareholders will be paid by cheque in pounds sterling unless they have instructed the Registrar to either pay dividends by bank transfer to a pounds sterling bank account or to pay dividends by cheque in US Dollars. Please note, it is not possible to pay US Dollar dividends directly into a bank account.  If you wish to mandate your pounds sterling dividend to be paid directly into a UK bank or building society you should contact the Registrar at www.computershare.com
